- You are responsible for global quality management, including the integrated management system
- You define and implement the global quality strategy and ensure alignment across all sites
- You develop, maintain, and roll out global quality policies, standards, and audit frameworks
- You support and further develop local quality teams at manufacturing sites worldwide
- You establish and manage a global quality KPI system to drive transparency and continuous improvement
- You introduce standardized quality management methods and ensure their consistent and sustainable application across the organization
About you
- You hold a completed technical degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field)
- You have extensive experience with common quality and project management methods such as APQP, FMEA, 8D, PPAP/PPF, SPC, and MSA
- You possess strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and have proven experience in building, further developing, and operating integrated management systems
- You view leadership as an active contribution to creating an attractive, agile, and performance-driven working environment
- You are characterized by a strong hands-on mentality, decisiveness, and a solution-oriented approach to work
- You enjoy working in teams and stand out through excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally is a given for you
